Pros - Fabulous and generous breakfast in a panoramic setting with superb views across Christchurch towards the Alps.
Vivacious hostess Glenda Proko and friendly family, really made us feel at home, whilst still enjoying absolute privacy and blissful quiet. Easy and quick access to everywhere - City center, Sumner and Lyttleton. This B&B is peaceful and serenely beautiful, cosy beds and other comforts.
Cons - Self catering a little restricted for us - the only reason why not 5 star, otherwise everything perfect, this B&B is a must!

We soon discovered that staying at Coastal Cliffs Bed and Breakfast was the very best way to arrive in Christchurch.
Glenda Proko,the owner, helped organise our arrival and made us feel very welcome.
After the long flights to New Zealand, relaxation was the key need for us and where better than here in a comfortable house in the bay overlooking the sea.
breakfast was a treat for the eyes, a mouthwatering blend of hot breakfast and lovely fresh fruits.
We sat and ate this in Glenda's dining room. again overlooking the sea.
Our room was next to the pool, a distinctly off-the-wall love nest!
Our only regret was that we didn't have time to try the pool.

Christchurch was amazing, we stayed in a backpackers, a hotel and a truly amazing Bed and Breakfast.
Glenda and Rick opened their house to us and treated us so well.
We urge anyone ever going to New Zealand to go and stay at Coastal Cliffs Bed and Breakfast.
It really is an amazing place.
